Silver is the matriarch of our breeding program and our alpha dog. She is respected among the pack and the first to get the new toy, food, or the best spot to rest in. Easily trained and clever, with a streak of strong willed intelligence that has endeared her to us. Silver is always alert outside and keenly aware of actions around the house, but once inside is content to let down her guard on the couch.
Silver is above average size for a Labrador, standing several inches taller than all of our other dogs. She is a commanding figure in the pack, tall and strong. She has the American Labrador build- including a narrow head and and longer snout, but is taller and thicker than a standard American Lab. Graceful and athletic, but an imposing figure at 91 pounds.
